Our Terms and Conditions:
- All sales are Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or can be paid using Visa or MasterCard, unless otherwise authorized. For Credit terms please contact LexTec Inc. directly and receive a Dealer Credit Application Form from the Credit Department.
- Taxes will be added to all orders as applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will be confirmed before the shipment of telephone orders. We reserve the right to correct all typographical errors.
- LexTec Inc.’s business hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (E.S.T.), Monday to Friday.
All products are shipped F.O.B. to our warehouse located in Toronto, Markham, Ontario. Courier services available daily are Canada Post, U.P.S. and Purolator. Alternate shipping arrangements can be made with prior notice. All orders received by 3:00 pm (E.S.T.) will be processed and shipped the same day. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice total unless specified. Custom order products are non-returnable.
– A restocking charge of 25% may apply to items returned for credit.
– The minimum order for C.O.D and Credit Card sales is $25.00.
– The minimum order for Net accounts is $50.00.
– Charges for N.S.F. (Non-Sufficient Funds) cheques will be $25.00.
All products sold by LexTec Inc. come with a minimum 90-day Parts and Labor warranty. If a product is returned as defective and no fault is found LexTec Inc. reserves the right to charge a minimum “No Fault Found” fee of $35.00.
All goods remain the property of LexTec Inc. until paid for. in full.
